National Home Doctors Service - 137425
Chevron After Hours is located at 125 Nerang St, Southport. Patients may attend their surgery or arrange a home visit. National Home Doctors Service is a visiting service only. Both services Bulk Bill patients with current Medicare enrolment but sometimes conditions apply. Please speak to these services directly.
To ensure continuing care for our patients, details of any after hours visits are forwarded to our practice on the next working day
Both Chevron After Hours and National Home Doctor Service have a list of our doctors' after hours telephone numbers including mobile and fax numbers to ensure continuity of care.

We also offer pre-arranged home visit consultations for existing patients.

The requirement for a home visit will be assessed by your regular doctor, as it may be more appropriate for you to gain more urgent attention at an emergency department or, wherever possible, at the surgery.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care or service you receive from this practice, please speak to one of your doctors, the practice manager or the reception staff, and we will endeavour to address the problem. If you still have concerns, please submit them in writing.
